What’s okay for online coaches to post on social media?

I get this question a lot.

“Can I talk about my personal life?”

“My job?”

“But isn’t that unprofessional?”

Look, I’m a marketing & life coach and I share with my community almost everything in my life - from raves, to my 9-5, to lessons from Yoga, therapy, and more…

The answer to this question is rooted in intention:

➡️“Who do you want to attract?”

➡️”What possibility do you want to inspire?”

➡️”What values do you want to take a stand for?”

➡️”Who/what do you want to repel?”

As life coaches, our jobs are to inspire possibility, facilitate transformation, and create impactful change.

People hire you because some aspect of you and the life you (and your clients) live deeply resonates and aligns with what they desire for themselves.

This is why I talk about balancing a 9-5, my monthly trips, the fact that I’m figuring out being a 26 year old first-get Asian American woman building an online business, raves, spirituality and more…

Because my most perfect soul-aligned dream client is multi-dimensional.

She’s intuitive and strategic.

She’s driven and fun.

She’s curious and open-minded.

She doesn’t see limitations… she sees opportunities

And I want my life [and my life’s work] to be an example that you can be, do, and have it all - imperfect, messy, scared, uncertain and all.

No one is going to know and define your boundaries on social media except for you.

At the end of the day, it simply comes down to what you want to take a stand for.

So, coach, what’s it going to be????
