Conference Line & Booking Calendar
Zoom - Great for hosting client calls, consultations, sales calls, webinars and more. I love how you can automatically set recorded calls to save to the zoom cloud or your computer.
Acuity - My favorite online booking calendar that seamlessly integrates with Zoom, Google Calendar, ConvertKit, and even Facebook and Instagram!
Book-Keeping, Finance, & Funding
Azlo - A free online bank account designed for entrepreneurs. You can create and send invoices to your clients directly through your account.
Chime - Another great online banking solution with no fees or minimum balance requirements. Plus, I love the auto-savings features!
Quickbooks Self-Employed - A must-have for easily tracking personal and business expenses. I love that it integrates with your bank account!
Qapital - My absolute favorite finance savings app. I use it to automatically set aside 30% of my business income for taxes.
LendingClub - Whether you need a personal or business loan, it’s so easy to apply online with LendingClub. I took out a loan with them to pay for my coach training, and the service is great!
PayPal Credit - THIS IS A LIFE-SAVER. I’ve used this to make investments in my business. You get 6 month’s of 0% financing for purchases $99+!
Contracts, Invoices, & Payment Processors
Hello Bonsai - Auto-generate contracts and easily have clients e-sign them. I LOVE using Bonsai to set-up auto-recurring payments and invoices.
Stripe - A must-have for collecting online payments. It converts global payments and integrates with Bonsai.
PayPal Business - Another staple solution for collecting payments via invoice. This also integrates with Bonsai. ;)
Social Media
Later - My top pick for automated social media scheduling to Instagram and Facebook! I’m a fan of the visual planner, saved caption feature, and the media storage library.
Tailwind - A must-have for scaling Pinterest growth and effortlessly driving traffic to your website or blog.
Flick - The best tool I’ve used for conducting Instagram hashtag research and tracking hashtag analytics.
Email Marketing & LEad Generation
ConvertKit - What I use to collect leads, create opt-in pages, and nurture my email subscribers with sequences. I’m a fan of the visual automation builder.
Involve.Me - My go-to platform for creating forms, quizzes, landing pages and more. It’s a one-stop-shop for all-things lead generation.
Video & LIVeSTREAMING
StreamYard - Great for simulcasting to multiple social media platforms and facebook groups all AT ONCE! I love how easy it is to interview guests, share your screen, and customize your streams with overlays.
Loom - I use this tool to easily screen record mini-trainings, audits, and more. It’s perfect for training your va’s or creating video course modules.
Adobe Premiere Rush - What I use to edit all of my YouTube and IGTV videos. It’s so easy to use that’s it a no-brainer.
InVideo - My go-to choice for creating branded video intros, outros, and even social media videos!
Headliner - The EASIEST online software to use for transcribing videos, adding captions, and even creating audiograms for podcasts!
GRAPHIC Design & Branding
Canva - Hands down a must-have for creating anything and everything you need for your business. From social media graphics, lead-magnets, webinars, and course modules, I USE CANVA FOR EVERYTHING!
Creative Market - My favorite shop for purchasing stock photos, design templates, fonts, and more.
Productivity
ClickUp - My #1 pick for managing tasks - and my team - online. I use it to track client work, finances, projects, and even revenue goals.
Trello - I use Trello to create my custom client portal for my clients! It’s the perfect place to visually plan, manage tasks, and create a course WITHOUT INVESTING INTO AN EXPENSIVE PLATFORM.
